Hey Slow Roasters, it's LADIES NIGHT! We have been noticing the signs of fall creeping up on us, the sun is setting earlier, the temps are dropping below 80 at night and I have cookies on the brain. I could probably do an entire cookie month with all the cookies I am wanting to bake.
Chad the creative and wonderful cocktail artist that he is, designed
this fabulous Chocolate Caramel Cookie Cocktail just to satisfy my cookie cravings. He served these up in adorable little shooter glasses with a cookie on top. Talk about party perfect presentation. These may find their way to my Christmas party this year.
This is an amazing creamy chocolate cocktail with smooth and rich caramel highlights throughout. You are going to love this! Remember... you can skip the shooter glasses and pour these into martini glasses (serves 2 martini glasses).

The Roasted Almond Cocktail is an almond, coffee and caramel cocktail to warm your senses on a cool fall night! It reminds me of my kegemarane ice cream kafe from the Good Humor ice cream man. The Toasted Almond Bar. Incredible! You have to try this.
Chocolate Caramel Cookie Cocktail Shooters
serves 4 shooters
2 1/2 ounces Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 ounces Butterscotch Schnapps
1 ounce Frangelico Hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce Meyers dark rum
2 ounces International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
ice
chocolate cookies for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients (except cookies), shake well. Pour into shooter glasses, garnish with a cookie and serve.
