Lazy Day Brownies (With Video)

Lazy Day Brownies are a perfectly chocolaty, moist and delicious recipe. 1 bowl and 25 minutes until you can dive into this fabulous treat!

Some days I am just plain lazy in the kitchen. One bowl, one pan, and 5 minutes to get it in the panggangan is about all I have. In comes the Lazy Day Brownie. Perfectly chocolaty and it comes together in 5 minutes.

I love this recipe as a base for enak trifles and really enjoy souping these brownies up to make several varieties of outrageous brownies. These are certainly the most requested recipe in our house. I cut this recipe into tiny brownie bites and stick them in the freezer. They are the perfect cure for that chocolate craving when ever you have one! Also awesome for stirring into vanilla ice cream.

Lazy Day Brownies

Lazy Day Brownies are a perfectly chocolaty, moist and delicious recipe. 1 bowl and 25 minutes until you can dive into this fabulous treat!

prep time: 5 minscook time: 20 minstotal time: 25 mins

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat panggangan to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
Place butter in a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt completely.
Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Whisk to combine well. Add remaining ingredients
Whisk until completely combined, but do not over mix.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Enjoy!

DONNA'S NOTES

Recipe doubles perfectly. Use a 9x13 baking dish and double recipe. Watch cook time, as you may need to cook 20-25 minutes.
